This was the holiday of a lifetime that we will hold dear in our memories. The quality and variety of the experiences in the itinerary of the family tour in Kerala were hugely enjoyable, informative and unforgettable. We really felt that we had immersed ourselves in the beauty and culture of Kerala. The quality of the accommodation organised was luxurious and exciting and staff were consistently kind, friendly and informative. Highlights were the time with elephants, the trecks in many different parts of Kerala, the quality and luxuriousness of the accommodation, time spent at Dewelakom organic farm and the consistent charm of our guide Deepu.
 

I am back in Ireland and thank you for a wonderful last week in Kerala. Let me begin by saying how much Carol and I enjoyed the being in the company of Roger and Joji. Their care and attention to our needs and interests were top class. We have had experience of many guides -- I think Joji was as much a guide as a driver -- and they were among the best, if not the best. They are a great team. They do not have any sense of their own importance which is something that many guides suffer from. Joji is an expert on birds -- but they were generally sufficient for our needs and interests. The best ride I had was the one with Roger on the Sunday. Cycling on the main roads is spoilt by the traffic.  

I just like to say how much my family and myself appreciate the care and flexibility of both Brijesh and Shoby who make a great team, personality wise and with their different skills. Our trip was wonderful and without hitch. I personally could switch off "head of holiday" mode and put my faith in these two gentlemen. Brijesh helped with added requests and for personal shopping and was very open in his knowledge of everything in India. They also looked after our health with snacks and plenty of water and was very keen on our personal safety in crowds and on this street. Shoby was so calm in his driving. My little girl felt at ease with both of them and is missing them as they are key characters in our memories of India.  

Now the dust has settled, I’d like to thank you and your team for organising a wonderful cycle ride in Rajasthan. The whole team really enjoyed the event, and the Kalypso team were excellent throughout. We would highly recommend Kalypso to any other charity bike ride organisers.

I want to personally thank you for the wonderful experience. The itinerary suited us very well. It was just the right amount of activities combined with restful stays in really good and well chosen locations. The home stays were very welcoming, comfortable and offered us stunning food. Most of all we want to thank you for the two excellent guides. From the time Francis and Joji met us at the airport until the last day, we enjoyed their company immensely. They were kind, warm and humorous and most of all helpful in every way. They guided us through parts of Kerala that we might not have explored and always ready to respond to all our needs. In addition to which they are knowledgeable of local culture, wildlife and history. We could not have had better people accompanying us on our wonderful journey.

From Dec. 28th 2015 to Jan. 7th 2016, our trip was organized by Kalypso Adventures, with the discovery of Parambikulam, Munnar, the Backwaters and Kochi.
