 Honoured to facilitate ATOAI ( Adventure Tour Operators Association of India) Convention 2017 at Kumarakom in Kerala, India. This was the largest of it's kind in South India. We also had an oppurtunity to take out the guests on our cycling and kayaking packages.

Every year Onam- the State harvest Festival- brings so much joy and colours in our lives. Being a Keralite, we feel incomplete without celebrating Onam. The pookalam ( floral arrangement) making, wearing the traditional saree and mundu, having the yummy sadhya - all is a part of the tradition. Doing the same with Kalypso family is a feel good thing beyond explanation.The same is reflected in the candid pictures here. :)

The trek starts from an altitude of 1500 m gradually ascending to over 2600m, passing through sholas (high altitude rain forests) and grasslands which are typical to the higher areas of the Western Ghats. The area also has wildlife – notably elephants, sambar, sloth bear and the Nilgiri tahr - the latter being endemic and endangered.
