Tour Overview

Family camping at Thattekkad in large cottage tents with attached toilets. The camp is overlooking to the Salim ali Bird Sanctuary on the other side of Periyar river. You will have a peaceful family time here in the camp, enjoying nature at its best and the sound of birds flying past your tents. You can go for cycling to the nearby village, or walk to the plantations meeting and greeting people on the way or indulge in kayaking to experience the serene waters.
